Introducing

Lori Hunt, Founder

I’m Lori Hunt—founder, strategist, and systems builder focused on helping leaders turn vision into action.

I’ve served in executive leadership at Spokane Colleges, working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and institutional transformation. I’ve built a career translating big ideas into clear direction, aligning teams around shared goals, and getting results in environments where priorities compete and stakes are high.

I bring over two decades of experience across secondary and higher education, with deep expertise spanning enrollment, student success, workforce development, and institutional strategy. My work integrates leadership coaching, equity-centered practices, and data-informed decision-making to help organizations build systems that are both effective and inclusive.

My work is grounded in a deep commitment to access, equity, and community impact approached through a practical lens: strategy only matters if it leads to outcomes.

Outside of my work, I stay connected to the communities that shaped me and continue to invest in causes that expand opportunity, especially for women and students navigating systems not originally built for them.

If you’re looking for a partner who will challenge your thinking, sharpen your strategy, and help you execute with clarity—I’m ready to get to work.
